Current Studies

Student at Belmont University pursuing a double major in Data Science and Business Systems & Analytics. Alongside coursework, gaining hands-on experience in backend development, automation, and machine learning applications through academic projects and professional contracts.

Active Research and Projects

Two projects in development: a generative-audio study exploring flow-matching and model-guidance in Stable Audio Open small, and a Unity ML-Agents environment for training an agent to dodge varied attacks through reinforcement learning. I additionaly do a variety of contract work in agentic and web automation on the side.

About Me

Driven by constant growth, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for people, I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs and later working across startups, small companies, and a range of projects, I've carried this mindset with me and am always open to learning and a conversation over coffee.

I'm really passionate about getting the opportunity to work with peers and non-profits. I founded the Data Generation Initiative (DGI) to bring students across Nashville together, creating a space to learn, collaborate, and apply data skills to real community challenges. Through workshops, events, and hackathons, DGI is about connecting people and using data for impact.

Alongside that, I've spent the past two years contracting on projects ranging from web automation to AWS development. I also started Knit To Knit, a platform for knitters to design and share patterns. Built during my sophomore year of college as my first dynamic web platform, it remains early-stage and is currently on pause while I am focusing on my developments in machine learning, but I'm excited to return to it and continue exploring its potential.

Lastly, I tend to enjoy putting Easter eggs wherever I can and one of them is on this page...

Education

Belmont University — B.S. in Data Science; B.S. in Business Systems & Analytics (Expected May 2026)

Current Work

  • Freelance Contract Developer: Over two years of experience delivering projects in automation, web scraping, backend development, and custom tooling.

Projects & Initiatives

  • Knit To Knit: Early-stage platform for knitters to design and share patterns. My first full web platform, built during sophomore year using React, Django, Docker, and AWS. Currently on pause, but I'm eager to return to it and grow the community.
  • Data Generation Initiative (DGI): Student-led data community in Nashville that connects peers across universities through workshops, speaker events, and hackathons. Founded to empower students to apply data skills to real-world community challenges.
  • Machine Learning Agents in Unity: Implementing reinforcement learning agents in Unity that learn to dodge varied attacks. Currently in early development, exploring deep reinforcement learning techniques for game AI.

Technical Skills

  • Languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL, R, C#, C, Swift, HTML, JSON, Bash/Shell, YAML
  • Machine Learning / AI: PyTorch, Diffusion Models, Flow Matching, VAE, Generative Audio Models
  • Cloud & DevOps & Frontend: AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Cognito, EventBridge, Step Functions), Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Django, React
  • Data Engineering: Web Scraping, Data Migration, Data Analysis, Spark
  • Tools & Frameworks: Git, uv, NumPy, Pandas, Polars, SciPy, LangGraph, n8n
  • Platforms: Excel, Power BI

Research Interests

I have a passion for deep learning and reinforcement learning. My goal is to work toward deep reinforcement learning, and I'm currently working on implementing this in a Unity project where I'm developing an agent that learns to dodge varied attacks. The project is in very rudimentary form, but I'm excited to keep working on it, especially over winter break when I'll have more time.
